2. Rabbit Sales and Adoptions

  • Health & Well-Being: All rabbits are healthy to the best of our knowledge at the time of sale. However, we cannot guarantee future health or temperament once the rabbit leaves our care.

  • Show/Quality Disclaimer: Unless explicitly stated, rabbits are sold as pets or breeders. We do not guarantee show quality, breeding success, or that rabbits will not be disqualified (“DQ’d”) in shows.

  • Gender Accuracy: We sex our rabbits carefully, but mistakes are possible. We cannot guarantee sex accuracy 100% of the time.

  • Non-Refundable Deposits: Deposits placed on rabbits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

  • Pickup/Delivery: Rabbits must be picked up at the agreed location and time. We may offer delivery or transport at an additional cost, but availability is not guaranteed.

3. Care Responsibility

Once a rabbit leaves our rabbitry, the buyer assumes all responsibility for its care, health, and well-being. We are not liable for veterinary bills, injuries, illness, or death after transfer.

4. Payment Terms

  • Payments must be made in full before rabbits are released.
